Scott G.K. MacLeod is also an American academic and Professor of Sociocultural Anthropology and Sociology at World University and School. He is currently also the publisher at the Academic Press at World University and School. MacLeod was born in 1960 in Cambridge, Massachusetts, at a time when his parents were living in Lexington, MA. His parents met and married in the Unitarian church of Cincinnati, Ohio. (His father was a MD, who also taught medical grand rounds as a quick knowledgeable diagnostician, and a professor of public health, and his mother became the director of social work in a large urban hospital, returning to university after her 2 children had grown up a bit).
