PlanWUaS will prioritize for DESIGN (think Apple) & robust information technological development in hiring, as we aim for a billion Universitians on the SCHOOL idea-social network side of WUaS - http://worlduniversity.wikia.com/wiki/WUaS_Information_Technologies_and_Data_Plan - and for around 100 undergraduate students on the UNIVERSITY, free, degree-granting side, first matriculating in 2014, with MIT OCW for course curriculum (32 15 week MIT courses over 4 years).
