Ideas

Rough day? 8-11 hours of sleep? 5-9 servings of fruits, grains, vegetables and grains? an egg or 2? 30 minutes of dancing/walking/movement?, Flax seed oil for omega fatty acids? Green tea for antioxidants/free radicals? Ginseng for vitality?

Dancing, yes!

harvest moon, clear skies, mt hood, hot tub, sauna, hula hoops, dance parties, fire pit, s'mores, dozens of children, best friends: Contentment and joy!!

What are some of the best ways to fully engage a story or music, (or research), trippily even (but sans, and naturally), or vividly, or flourishing, or multivalently, so that it becomes fully alive and interactive, and leads to multiple new connections and 'flow' experiences, in your bodymind e.g. Fedinand the Bull, The Odyssey, Mozart's Magic Flute, or the Grateful Dead's music from 1969?
