-World University and School - like Wikipedia with MIT OpenCourseWare (not endorsed by MIT OCW) - incorporated as a nonprofit effective April 2010 and has been a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, educational organization charity through November 12, 2012, and is re-instating its 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status, as of September 2013, effective 2010.
-WUaS is planning to be in all 7,105+ languages and offer accredited, bachelor, Ph.D., law and M.D. university degrees in many of 242+ countries and their main languages, as well as I.B. diplomas in some languages, beginning with the United Nations' six languages.
