I'd like for World University & School to be an evidence generator for education at the University level, to both quantify and be the site for innumerable rigorous and qualitative studies on online education, with MIT OCW-focused measurements, and of fun, too.
 
World University & School may also require all students to blog daily Blogging requirement for all students, for all subjects, if only a sentence for each. This will help as good writing practice, as well as practice in knowledge generation, as well as preparation for papers and experiments, etc.
